How to Refer a Young Person


If you have a young person to refer to us please have them call on the above numbers and staff will make an appointment for you with an housing worker. The accommodation intake process is: young person (16 - 25 years) calls, interview time is then sent, need is determined by face to face interview and suitability with current tenant. Tenancy checks or referees are conducted Staff will notify you of the outcome. If not suitable for our program or outside of our age group, we will look into other accommodation by conducting an assessment (QHIP) by phone or face to face appointment.

Evening Youth Support Workers - Thursday and Friday's Working with young people 12-18 years and their families Home Visitation Personalized case management

When is Emergency Relief provided?


Wednesdays at 8.30am until 12:00pm.
Forms are taken at 8.30am and processed.
Those accessing services need to bring with them
a current Centrelink income statement
(dated that day or day before)
or agency referral required
AND some I.D. with their current address.

Who can access the emergency relief services?


Residents of the Greater Goodna area – Post Code 4300- 4301
Agency Referrals are welcome Mon-Fri

Chemist Vouchers
Lifeline clothes vouchers
Rail Passes.
